For years, Chef Dally has studied the art of cake decorating with the dream of owning
her own cake shop one day. Now, more than ten years later this dream became a reality
when she founded the Pink Frog Cake Company.
Chef Dally began her career in fine jewelry in 1996, but her passion and joy was always
in the kitchen. Her love for baking leads her to evening cake decorating classes,
and she was dubbed the “cake lady” both at work and with her family. She often joked
that she would have her own place one day.
She studied Pastry Arts at the Le Cordon Bleu Program at the Pennsylvania Culinary
Institute in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania, graduated with honors, joined the National
Restaurant Association and returned to Cleveland Ohio working in the pastry kitchen
at The Ritz Carlton Hotel.
In 2009, Chef Dally officially founded Pink Frog Cake Company, creating one of a kind
cakes, cookies and cupcakes just for you.
